Institutions outlive their founders only when they run on principles rather than personalities. At Stepping Stone, that means consistent teaching standards, honest assessment and a culture that treats every campus as part of one school.
At Oakwyn Quant, the same conviction takes a mathematical form. Decisions are made by rules written in advance, tested against data and followed with discipline — not by instinct in the moment.
Technology sits between the two. I build most of the tools our teams use myself, because understanding a system from the inside is the only reliable way to improve it. I'm based in Gorakhpur. My thinking is not bounded by it.
