I'm Rajvansh Gupta — Director of Stepping Stone School, one of Gorakhpur's most respected educational institutions with four thriving branches and over 4,000 students.

My journey has been defined by a commitment to building things that matter — institutions that shape young minds, and systems that generate intelligent returns. I believe the most meaningful work sits at the intersection of education, discipline, and innovation.

Beyond the classrooms, I run M/s Oakwyn Quant LLP, a quantitative investing firm bringing systematic, data-driven strategies to capital markets. Two very different worlds — united by the same rigour and long-term thinking.

2000

The Beginning

Stepping Stone Inter College was founded in Gorakhpur with a mission to provide world-class English medium education. The first class began on 17 April 2000.

2005

ICSE Affiliation

The Surajkund campus received ICSE affiliation, becoming one of the few schools in Gorakhpur offering the internationally recognised ICSE curriculum.

2010

Greencity Campus Opens

Expansion to the Greencity area with a CBSE affiliated campus, bringing quality education to a growing part of Gorakhpur.

2015

Maniram Campus & Growth

The Maniram CBSE campus was inaugurated, taking Stepping Stone's reach across three major areas of the city and growing to thousands of students.

2025

Oakwyn Quant LLP Founded

Rajvansh Gupta established M/s Oakwyn Quant LLP, applying the same discipline of education to systematic, data-driven investing in capital markets.

2026

All Girls Branch — Newest Campus

The newest CBSE affiliated All Girls Branch opens, reaffirming Stepping Stone's commitment to inclusive, empowering education for every student in Gorakhpur.
